About the event
On the day we will be working in different ways to heighten our sensitivity and give messages to others in the group. We will use different objects as a point of focus. Meditation, grounding and becoming less sensitive to situations that affect you will also be covered.
This is a day full of interaction, learning and excitement, whether you come for general interest or life direction, you will not be disappointed.
